These terms apply to Turnkey Local Sites, operated by Digital Dinks, LLC ("we", "us"). By requesting a preview or subscribing, you agree to them.
Free preview
We build a website preview for your business at no cost and with no obligation. A preview is not published publicly until you subscribe.
Subscription and billing
If you choose to launch your site, the service is $39 per month unless we agree otherwise in writing, billed in advance through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no contract. You can cancel any time by emailing hello@turnkeylocalsites.com; your site stays live through the end of the period you have paid for. Optional add-ons are priced separately and shown before you buy.
What we provide
Website design and copy, hosting, security certificate, and reasonable small edits. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, number of leads, or revenue.
Your content and domain
You confirm that the information, logos and photos you give us, or that appear on your public business listings, are yours to use. Any domain we register for you is registered in your name. If you cancel, we will help you take your domain with you, and we will provide your site's text and images on request.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may decline or remove content that breaks these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
